CATHAY PAC AIR's Ronald Lam Expects Net Staff Increase 5,000 This Yr

Ronald Lam, CEO of CATHAY PAC AIR (00293.HK), said in an interview with Chinese media that good progress has been made in staff growth, with a net increase of about 3,000 employees in 2023 and an expected net increase of 5,000 employees for 2024, bringing the Group's total number of employees to about 29,000 by the end of 2024. The Group will expand the scale of flight attendant in China this year, Lam added.
