WUXI APPTEC: 300+ New Clients Recorded in 1Q w/ 40% from Europe & US

In its results conference, WUXI APPTEC (02359.HK) said that, judging from the 1Q24 data, there was no mass cancellation of orders by customers, and only a very few early R&D customers canceled some services, due to the disturbance from the draft proposal. The Company has a large customer base, and different customers will make different considerations based on their own circumstances. There were over 300 new customers in 1Q24, among which about 40% came from Europe and the US, nearly 50% were from China, with other regions accounting for 10%, the Company said.
