The news that GALAXY ENT (00027.HK) partnered with luxury hotel brand Capella to open Capella at Galaxy Macau, which is expected to open in mid-2025, comes as no surprise, as the broker noted during an earlier visit to Macau that the exterior construction of the relevant building has been largely completed, Goldman Sachs issued a research report saying. Goldman Sachs expected GALAXY ENT's market share to gradually increase to 19% in 4Q24 from 17-18% in the past few quarters. Goldman Sachs chopped its target price to $50.2 from $56.6, with rating kept at Buy, believing that the recent share price correction is a good opportunity to add to positions.
