71 CN Apps, Incl. POP MART's WeChat Mini Program, Involved in Illegal Collection of Personal Information

71 Chinese mobile applications (Apps) have been found to illegally collect and use personal information, according to a CCTV report. Among them, 17 Apps, including POP MART (09992.HK)'s and SEPHORA's WeChat Mini Programs, didn't prominently prompt users to read privacy policies or collection and usage rules through pop-ups or other obvious methods during their first run.
