BRIGHT SMART (01428.HK) announced that WEALTHINESS AND PROSPERITY HOLDING LIMITED, a subsidiary of Ant Group, completed the Share Purchase Agreement. The Offeror and the Offeror Concert Parties now hold approximately 50.55% of the shares altogether, with a cash consideration exceeding HKD2.814 billion, which is equal to the consideration of HKD3.28 per Sale Share. The Offeror also made an unconditional mandatory cash offer at an offer price of HKD3.28 per share, representing a discount of approximately 74% compared to yesterday's (30th) closing price of HKD12.65.
