HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK) intended to issue US$1.25 billion 6.75% Perpetual Subordinated Contingent Convertible Securities (Callable During Any 2031 Securities Optional Redemption Period) and US$1.25 billion 7% Perpetual Subordinated Contingent Convertible Securities (Callable During Any 2036 Securities Optional Redemption Period) next Tuesday (24th), as announced by HSBC HOLDINGS.

The initial Conversion Price is fixed at US$3.6061 per share, convertible into a maximum of 693 million ordinary shares.
