BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) initiated a large-scale spring recruitment campaign at its Ebu and Xiaomo campuses in the Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone, according to Chinese media. It is reported that the plan is to recruit more than 2,200 industrial workers, covering two core categories, naming operators and technicians. This mainly includes electricians, welders, fitters and forklift drivers, etc.. The overall monthly salary for technicians ranges from RMB5,000 to RMB10,000, with some technical positions offering up to RMB10,000 per month. BYD COMPANY's Xi'an factory is also recruiting 1,800 people.
