Chinese Premier Li Qiang, on behalf of the State Council, presented the government work report at the Fourth Session of the 14th National People's Congress, Xinhua News Agency reported. The work report propounded deepening and expanding "AI+", promoting the accelerated adoption of new-generation intelligent terminals and systems, and advancing the commercialization and large-scale application of AI in key industries. It aims to cultivate new intelligent business models and formats. The government supports the construction of AI open-source communities to foster a thriving open-source ecosystem. It plans to implement new infrastructure projects such as ultra-large-scale intelligent computing clusters and coordinated computing and electricity projects, enhance nationwide integrated computing power monitoring and scheduling, and support public cloud development. The report also emphasized accelerating the development of satellite internet and creating an upgraded version of "5G+ Industrial Internet". The report highlighted the need to cultivate and strengthen new growth drivers. It stressed focusing economic development efforts on the real economy, developing new quality productivity according to local conditions, and building a modern industrial system.
