Chinese Premier Li Qiang, on behalf of the State Council, presented the government work report to the Fourth Session of the 14th National People's Congress, according to a report by Xinhua News Agency. The work report underscored the need to strengthen anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition measures, reinforce the rigid constraints of fair competition review, and comprehensively utilize tools such as capacity control, standard guidance, price enforcement, and quality supervision to deeply rectify "involution" competition and create a favorable market ecosystem. The report also called for deepening the comprehensive reform pilot of factor marketization allocation and including more eligible regions in the pilot scope.
