UAE Stock Mkts Resume Trading; Dubai DFM General Index Dives ~5%

The UAE stock markets have resumed trading on Wednesday (4th) after being closed for two days owing to the US-Israel attacks on Iran. The Dubai DFM General Index dived 4.7% in early session, while the Abu Dhabi FTSE ADX General Index tumbled 3.5%.

The UAE Securities and Commodities Authority briefly closed the Dubai Financial Market and Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange on March 2 and 3. The Dubai Financial Market stated that a temporary downside limit of 5% is being implemented.
