For January 2026, the contracted property sales of CHINA OVERSEAS (00688.HK) amounted to approx. RMB14.478 billion, with a YoY increase of 20.4%, and the corresponding sales area was approx. 516,600 square meters, with a YoY decrease of 12.9%, as announced by CHINA OVERSEAS. As at the end of January 2026, the Group had recorded subscribed property sales of approx. RMB11.146 billion, which are expected to be turned into contracted property sales in the following months.
