The company has announced a proposed issuance of HKD4.68 billion zero-coupon convertible bonds due 2033. The conversion price of HKD57.39 represents a premium of about 42.62% over yesterday's (26th) closing price. The net proceeds are expected to be about HKD4.64 billion.
