KUAISHOU-W (01024.HK) announced the issuance of USD600 million 4.125% senior notes due 2031, USD900 million 4.75% senior notes due 2036, and RMB3.5 billion 2.45% senior notes due 2031. Before deducting the underwriting commissions and certain estimated offering expenses, the gross proceeds of the USD Notes Issue will be approximately USD1.489 billion; the gross proceeds of the CNY Notes Issue will be approximately RMB3.5 billion. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Notes Issue primarily for general corporate purposes. Application will be made to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the listing of, and permission to deal in, the Notes by way of debt issue to Professional Investors only.
