PHARMARON (03759.HK) announced plans to place around 58.4408 million new H-shares (about 3.19% of the enlarged issued share capital and around 16.57% of the total issued H-shares) at a price of HKD22.82 per share, about an 8.5% discount to yesterday's (14th) closing price. The company expects the total and net proceeds from the placement to reach around HKD1.334 billion and HKD1.319 billion, respectively, with about 70% of them used for project construction to enhance laboratory service facilities, drug process development, and production facilities.
