SHK PPT (00016.HK) and CHINA OVERSEAS (00688.HK) clinched a strategic cooperation agreement. Harnessing their respective strengths in real estate development, project reserves, and resource operations, both parties planned to engage in deep cooperation in areas such as real estate development investment and operations, and project management. They will also establish a mechanism for regular meetings and management visits. CHINA OVERSEAS CEO Zhang Zhichao and SHK PPT's Chairman and Managing Director Raymond Kwok met in Shenzhen to discuss further deepening their cooperation. Zhang stated that SHK PPT, as one of Hong Kong's largest property developers, has built numerous high-quality residential, office, and shopping mall projects in Hong Kong and mainland China over the years. It also operates hotels, property management, construction, insurance, and financial services, providing a solid foundation and broad space for cooperation between the two parties. Kwok praised CHINA OVERSEAS for its achievements in residential, commercial, and office building businesses, noting its financial stability and outstanding sustainable development capabilities.
