Developed by KERRY PPT (00683.HK), SINO LAND (00083.HK), and MTR CORPORATION (00066.HK), the Southside Phase 2 La Marina in Wong Chuk Hang had sold 584 units as of yesterday (7th), accounting for around 97% of the entire project, generating around HKD14.5 billion. The developers said the remaining three-bedroom, four-bedroom, and special units will mainly be sold through tender. KERRY PPT also revealed that it plans to launch three new projects this year. Among them, Phase 4B of LA MONTAGNE in Wong Chuk Hang, led by KERRY PPT in collaboration with SINO LAND, SWIREPROPERTIES (01972.HK), and MTR CORPORATION, will offer 368 units and will probably be launched as completed units in 1H26. Two other projects actively planned for launch this year include LOHAS Park Package Thirteen under KERRY PPT's collaboration with SINO LAND, K. WAH INT'L (00173.HK), and CHI MER LAND (00978.HK).
