BP Reportedly Sells 65% Stake in Castrol Lubricants for US$6B

BP has sold a 65% stake in its Castrol lubricants to investment firm Stonepeak for US$6 billion, Wall Street Journal reported. The deal values Castrol lubricants at US$10 billion after accounting for debt.

The deal is envisioned to be announced as early as Wednesday (24th).
