The 'Southbound Travel for Guangdong Vehicles' policy was officially implemented. Starting from midnight on 23 December, car owners from Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Zhongshan and Jiangmen who have been selected will gradually receive approval notifications.

Those who have completed reservations and obtained approval can drive into Hong Kong's urban area via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Zhuhai Port.

To support the policy, Amap launched a one-stop cross-border travel solution, utilizing digital technology to address cross-border driving challenges, so as to provide services such as navigation, intelligent recommendations, signal reminders and one-click car-hailing.

In response to the complex road conditions at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Zhuhai Port, Amap introduced a lane guidance feature, offering solutions to car owners through real-time positioning and navigation.

The system dynamically broadcasts dedicated channel guidance, covering the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge and strategic routes in Hong Kong.
