Rumor has it that MiniMax and Zhipu, two unicorn companies also known as part of China's "AI Six tigers", have cleared their listing hearings with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and that their listings are expected for January 2026 at the earliest. Zhipu declined to comment on the rumor, while MiniMax did not make any response.

It is understood that MiniMax already received a filing from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for its overseas issuance and listing and passed on Wednesday (17th) the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing hearing.

If progress is smooth, MiniMax is expected to become one of the fastest cases to pass the hearing since the new "reporting system" policy for Chinese enterprises listing in Hong Kong.
