CIDI (03881.HK), a company focuses on the R&D of closed-environment autonomous driving trucks for mining and logistics, V2X (vehicle-to-everything) technologies and intelligent perception solutions, announced its IPO details in Hong Kong. It plans to offer nearly 5.408 million H-shares globally, with the Hong Kong public offering accounting for 5% (270,400 shares) and the international placement for 95% (approx. 5.1376 million shares).

The offer price is set at $263 per share, aiming to raise up to approx. $1.422 billion. The entry fee for a board lot of 10 shares will be around $2,656.52.

The IPO period starts today (11th), and will end at noon next Tuesday (16th), with the listing expected next Friday (19th). The joint sponsors are CICC, China Securities International and Ping An Securities (HK).

This IPO has introduced a total of five cornerstone investors, including Xiangjiang Zhicheng, Zhijia No.1 and ICBCUBS, collectively subscribing for shares equivalent to approx. $546 million, involving about 2.0764 million shares based on the offer price, accounting for approx. 38.39% of the shares offered.
