The Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Civil Aviation Administration of China have issued an action plan for the integrated development of culture, tourism, and civil aviation, calling for further improving the convenience of inbound travel.

The plan proposes enriching "civil aviation + cultural tourism" services and encouraging airlines to launch multi-destination travel passes and flight packages. It supports cooperation among airlines, airports, museums, tourist attractions, resorts, hotels and guesthouses, travel agencies, car rental companies, and online travel platforms.
