Nvidia's US$100B Investment Agreement with OpenAI Not Yet Finalized

Nvidia (NVDA.US)'s CFO, Colette Kress, said that the agreement to invest up to US$100 billion in OpenAI has not yet been finalized, and both parties are still collaborating, according to foreign media.

In September 2025, Nvidia publicly expressed its intention to invest in OpenAI, planning to invest US$100 billion to deploy at least 10 gigawatts of Nvidia systems for its computing needs.
