根據併購協議條款，吉利德以16.75億美元首付款及最高5億美元的潛在里程碑付款，收購了Ouro Medicines全部股權。作為Ouro Medicines的股東，集團獲得約2.57億美元首付款及有權獲得最高約7,000萬美元里程碑付款。此外，集團與Ouro Medicines於2024年11月訂立的獨家許可協議繼續有效，最高6.1億美元的里程碑付款及銷售淨額的分層特許權使用費由吉利德與Lakefront履行。
