長和(00001.HK)  +0.750 (+1.033%)    Short selling $83.86M; Ratio 14.326%   宣佈，旗下全資附屬公司 CK Hutchison Group Telecom Holdings Limited(CKHGT)已同意出售其於英國電訊業務VodafoneThree 所持有之全數股權。Vodafone Group Plc持有該業務51%股權，CKHGT則持有49%股權。

有關交易須待相關監管機構批准。是次交易讓集團能以具吸引力之估值將其投資變現，集團將透過註銷其在VodafoneThree 的持股，收取43億英鎊(454.94億港元)之代價金額。根據目前所得資料，集團預期確認之收益約為47億港元。
