Following approval last month by Macau's gaming regulator, the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau, for three new side bets "Monkey no Monkey", "Pairs+" and "4/5/6 Cards" to enter the market, Chum Kwan Lock, Grant, CEO and President of SANDS CHINA LTD (01928.HK)  -0.430 (-2.555%)    Short selling $95.22M; Ratio 24.017%   , revealed that the company has rolled out some of the new side bet offerings over the past week, according to IAG.

While market participation in side bets is on the rise, the popularity and participation level of such bets - particularly as a proportion of total wagering volume - at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore remains apparently higher than in Macau.
