SWHYHK (00218.HK)  +0.010 (+0.909%)   announced that as Wu Meng requires to devote more time to the business of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd., a controlling and substantial shareholder of the Company, she will not offer herself for re-election at the 2026 AGM.

Accordingly, Wu’s office as an Executive Director of the Company will cease upon the conclusion of the 2026 AGM.

Upon her retirement, Wu will cease to be the Chairman of the Board, the Chairman of the Management Committee, the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and the Chairman of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee.
