ZIJIN MINING (02899.HK)  -1.080 (-2.967%)    Short selling $360.61M; Ratio 47.064%   opened 5.44% lower today and once bottomed at HKD32.36. It last traded at HKD32.36, down 5.44%, with a volume of 4.4986 million shares, involving HKD150 million.

The company has announced the acquisition of around 12.73% of CHIFENG GOLD (06693.HK)  -2.360 (-5.335%)    Short selling $38.09M; Ratio 17.738%   for a total consideration of RMB10.006 billion. Meanwhile, CHIFENG GOLD will place about 311 million new H-shares to Zijin Gold at a subscription price of HKD30.19 per share, a discount of about 28.3% to last Wednesday (18th).
