PetroChina Coalbed Methane (Shanxi) Clean Energy (literal translation of "中石油煤層氣(山西)清潔能源"), a company indirectly wholly owned by PETROCHINA (00857.HK)  +0.220 (+2.085%)    Short selling $379.67M; Ratio 75.241%   , was recently established, with Hou Wei being its legal representative, Chinese media quoted Qichacha's data as saying.

Its business scope includes onshore oil and natural gas extraction, mineral resource exploration, gas operations, centralized fast-charging stations and energy storage technology services, etc..
