GEMDALE PPT (00535.HK)  -0.004 (-2.778%)   announced that its aggregate contracted sales for February 2026 amounted to around RMB306 million, down 63.1% YoY, with an aggregate contracted sales area of around 23,100 square meters. The average selling price for the period amounted to around RMB13,200 per square meter.

The aggregate contracted sales in 2M26 plunged by 62.6% YoY to around RMB545 million, and the aggregate contracted sales area amounted to around 45,100 square meters.
