Regarding the acquisition of around 29% stake in PUMA, ANTA SPORTS (02020.HK)  +2.500 (+3.203%)    Short selling $311.87M; Ratio 114.937%   announced that it received today (13th) written shareholders' approvals from Anta International, and its wholly-owned subsidiaries Anda Holdings and Anda Investments, pursuant to which each of them has approved the share purchase agreement and the acquisition.

Anta International, Anda Holdings, and Anda Investments are holding a total of 1.4775 billion shares, representing around 52.83% of the total issued shares.
