UOB Kay Hian issued a research report expecting that the 2025 core net profit of CHINA OVERSEAS (00688.HK)  0.000 (0.000%)    Short selling $79.22M; Ratio 28.693%   will decline by 18.1% YoY, mainly due to a decrease in the gross profit margin of the property development business and pressure from impairments.

The Company's attributable land investment amount grew by 33% YoY, beating management's target, and is significantly concentrated in first-tier core cities.
