US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent stated at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, that he met with Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng during the forum, foreign media reported.

Bessent highlighted that China remains committed to fulfilling its procurement commitments. The Chinese VP confirmed to him that China has completed its soybean purchases, whereas the US anticipated that China will purchase 25 million tons of soybeans next year.
