NWDS CHINA (00825.HK)  -0.010 (-2.985%)   announced that Cheung Fai-yet, Philip has retired as the Chairman and an executive Director, with effect from today (9th). Cheng Kar-shun, Henry has been appointed as the Chairman and an executive Director, and Huang Shaomei, Echo has been appointed as the Vice-chairman and an executive Director.

Henry Cheng resigned as a non-executive director and chairman of NWDS CHINA in May 2021, and his son, Adrian Cheng, succeeded him as chairman. Subsequently, Adrian Cheng resigned as chairman of the company in September 2024, and was succeeded by then-executive director, Philip Cheung.
