STARCOIN GROUP (00399.HK)  0.000 (0.000%)   plunged by 14.71% this morning (17th) and once sank to a bottom of HKD0.059. It last traded at HKD0.077 in early trading, down 67.65%, with a volume of 53.345 million shares, involving HKD4.6533 million.

Before the bell, STARCOIN GROUP announced that it had received a letter from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange last Friday (14th).

The Stock Exchange, after considering the available information, believes STARCOIN GROUP has failed to maintain a sufficient level of operations and assets of a sufficient value to support its operations to warrant the continued listing of its shares under Listing Rule 13.24, and that the trading in the company's shares will be suspended next Wednesday (26th) under Listing Rule 6.01(3).

Having reviewed the letter, STARCOIN GROUP's board has decided to make a request for the decision to be referred to the Listing Committee for review and is in the process of preparing such letter of request.
