HSBC today announced a series of senior management appointments. Diana Cesar, CEO of HANG SENG BANK (00011.HK)  +0.800 (+0.707%)    Short selling $37.42M; Ratio 16.588%   , will return to The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited as Deputy Chairman of the Hong Kong region.

She will serve as an advisor to the Co-Chief Executives of HSBC Asia and Middle East, providing guidance and strategic development to maximize the potential of Hong Kong operations.

Luanne Lim will be appointed as Executive Director and CEO of Hang Seng Bank, effective October 2025. The appointment is subject to regulatory approval.
