Cryptocurrencies have retreated from a historic high reached last week, plunging the total crypto market cap to below USD4 trillion.

According to Coindesk data, Bitcoin last dropped by 2.16% to USD115,532, while Ether fell by 3.77% to USD4,305.

In Hong Kong, cryptocurrency concept stocks trended downward despite today's (18th) market rally.
