India's Adani Group is in advanced negotiations with BYD COMPANY (01211.HK)  -0.700 (-0.624%)    Short selling $456.08M; Ratio 18.326%   for a strategic partnership to promote the development of India's battery manufacturing industry.

Adani Group vigorously refuted these claims, stating that the reports are baseless, inaccurate, and misleading, and emphasizing that there are currently no considerations or discussions regarding collaboration with BYD or Beijing Welion New Energy Technology.
