It is essential to fully and accurately implement the new development concept, accelerate the construction of a new development pattern, maintain policy continuity and stability and enhance flexibility and predictability, Xi added.

Efforts should be made to stabilize employment, enterprises, market and expectations, effectively boost consumption, break down involution, unblock domestic systemic circulation and promote dual circulation domestically and internationally, striving to achieve the annual economic and social development goals and successfully conclude the 14th Five-Year Plan.
