The meeting propounded greater efforts to promote the integrated development of technological innovation and industrial innovation, enhancing the core competitiveness of industries; strengthening the construction of technological innovation platforms and nurturing technology-based business incubators.

It also proposed to promote the development of emerging industrial sectors and cultivate new growth drivers, improve policies for the development of industries such as humanoid robots, the Internet of Things, and high-end instruments and meters, optimize the layout of national defense technology industries, and promote high-quality development of national high-tech zones.
