Rumor has it that XPENG-W (09868.HK)  -0.300 (-0.419%)    Short selling $167.54M; Ratio 21.369%   is not very optimistic about market forecasts and is considering integrating its product lines or even scaling back production in 2H25, according to a report by Sina Tech. The car maker has not yet commented on this.

It has also been reported that Xpeng Robotics Center has recently established a new intelligent simulation unit specialized in multi-modal robots. Its research directions will include embodied intelligence native multi-modal large models, world models, and spatial intelligence.
