CICC released a research report initiating coverage on SWIREPROPERTIES (01972.HK)  -0.600 (-2.844%)    Short selling $11.70M; Ratio 20.194%   , with rating at Outperform and a target price of $23.8, based on a 30% discount to the net asset value (NAV) per share, corresponding to a target dividend yield of 4.9% for 2025, implying an upside potential of 16%.

CICC believed that SWIREPROPERTIES has strong long-term allocation value on the 'value' attribute of SWIREPROPERTIES under steadily increasing DPS and its 'growth' attribute as capital expenditure gradually unlocked value.
