Overseas travelers to the US will be required to pay an additional "Visa Integrity Fee" of at least US$250, on top of the visa application fee, according to the new tax and spending bill by US President Donald Trump.

The "Visa Integrity Fee" applies to vacation travelers, business travelers, international students, and other temporary visitors requiring non-immigrant visas, but citizens from over 40 visa-waiver countries may be exempt.
