Biotechnology company LEADS BIOLABS-B (09887.HK) has announced the details of its Hong Kong IPO. It proposed to offer 32.0544 million H-shares globally, with the international offering accounting for 90% (about 28.8489 million shares) and the Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% (around 3.2055 million shares). The offer price ranged from HKD31.6 to HKD35 per share, and the entry fee for a board lot of 100 shares would be around HKD3,535.3.

The IPO will commence today (17th) and close next Tuesday (22nd), with the listing of shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange expected for next Friday (25th).
