Ele.me, a subsidiary of BABA-W (09988.HK)  -0.800 (-0.703%)    Short selling $653.05M; Ratio 13.741%   (BABA.US)      , announced the launch of a 10-billion-yuan support plan in collaboration with Alipay.

Under which, dining merchants with cash registers or QR code ordering mini-programs can receive additional subsidies in the form of Alipay red envelopes after upgrading, and will be provided with "Alipay Tap!" gear for free.
