Wang Zhonghua, Chief Statistician of the Urban Department at the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) of China, elaborated the statistical data on changes in sales prices of commercial residential properties for June 2025. In June, the sales prices of newly built commercial residential properties in T1 cities in China shed by 1.4% YoY, with the decline narrowing by 0.3 ppts compared to the previous month. Among which, Shanghai saw elevation of 6%, while Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen posted downfall of 4.1%, 5.1%, and 2.5%, respectively.
