After opening 4 points higher this morning, the HSI once reached a peak of 24,460 in early trading with a surge of 432 points. It was last at 24,345, up 317 points or 1.3%, with a turnover of HKD140.629 billion.

Yesterday (10th), the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission held a study session focused on the development trends and strategies for cryptocurrencies and stablecoins, sparking a collective rally in Chinese brokers this morning.
