Since EVERGRANDE (03333.HK)  0.000 (0.000%)   crisis, the Nansha District Branch of the Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau recently published an Idle Land Determination Notice, confirming that a plot owned by Hengchi New Energy Automobile Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. (literal translation of "恆大恆馳新能源汽車科技(廣東)有限公司") has been idle since June 9, 2021, due to company-related reasons. The authorities will handle the land in accordance with the law.

According to available information, this idle land covers a registered area of 437,400 square meters and is designated for industrial use. However, the Evergrande Auto City project has stalled due to funding and other issues since 2021.

Trading in the shares of EVERG VEHICLE has been suspended since the end of March 2025.
