Foxconn has relocated over 300 Chinese engineers and technicians from its Indian plant, potentially impacting Apple's (AAPL.US)      expansion plans in India, Bloomberg cited sources reporting.

The redeployment began about two months ago, with most Chinese employees at Foxconn's southern Indian plant being withdrawn, leaving primarily Taiwanese support staff.
