Driven by strong EV sales in Europe, MINTH GROUP (00425.HK)  +0.050 (+0.223%)    Short selling $7.83M; Ratio 13.394%   's 5M25 battery housing revenue grew approx. 50% YoY, while gross profit margin increased to about 22% YoY, according to UBS' research report. Overall revenue rose about 13% YoY, while net profit inclined by about 20% YoY, which is encouraging.

Furthermore, the Group has secured orders for several Xiaomi car models, and its CPV for Xiaomi models is expected to increase. Gearing ratio and debt structure were optimized in 5M25.

Based on the discounted cash flow model (with a weighted average capital cost remaining unchanged at 11%), UBS added its target price for MINTH GROUP to $31.5 from the prior $30.5, with rating at Buy. UBS added that, due to the better-than-expected development of MINTH GROUP's battery housing business, the broker raised its 2025-2027 earnings forecasts by 2-4%.
