ZIJIN MINING (02899.HK)  +0.820 (+4.167%)    Short selling $620.21M; Ratio 33.365%   (601899.SH)  +0.800 (+4.215%)   ’s subsidiary Zijin Gold International plans to apply for a Hong Kong IPO in the coming weeks, aiming to pool funds between US$1 billion and US$2 billion, IFR cited people familiar with the matter.

Last month, ZIJIN MINING had announced its intention to demerge Zijin Gold International for listing in Hong Kong, with the number of shares issued not exceeding 15% of Zijin Gold International's total post-issuance share capital.
